UP Solar Line is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead rooftop solar sales operations and manage field sales teams across Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving lead conversions, and managing the complete solar sales pipeline.

This role requires strong leadership, team management, and customer handling abilities along with experience in B2C sales environments such as solar, insurance, loans, telecom, or real estate.

Requirements & Responsibilities

Requirements

3 to 7 years experience in B2C sales

Experience managing field sales teams

Strong leadership skills

Knowledge of solar systems preferred

Good Hindi communication skills

Responsibilities

Achieve sales and revenue targets

Manage and train field sales executives

Handle customer meetings and closures

Build local referral and builder networks

Monitor CRM and sales reports

Coordinate with operations and installation teams
